Magickey Teknik® is based on a refined understanding of the energetic correspondences between different areas of the body and the structure of the hands and feet. This method, with universal and scientific inspiration, aims to support the harmonisation of vital flows through precise points called quantum reflex zones. Each finger, each phalanx and each joint becomes an access door to an organ, an emotion or an energetic function of the human body. Through attentive observation, gentle stimulation and conscious breathing, the practitioner learns to activate the natural circuits of balance, never claiming to heal, but accompanying the process of global well-being.
Magickey Teknik® is an energetic education method that teaches how to understand, feel and harmonise the reflex correspondences of the body through the hands and feet. These foundations invite us to rediscover the natural energetic intelligence of every human being: a subtle network of channels, points and vibratory fields that reflect the global state of the organism and emotions.
Learning begins with conscious observation: recognising the symmetry of the hands and feet, identifying the main correspondence zones and feeling the movement of internal flows. The first stimulations are performed with simple gestures – light pressure, rotation, tapping, circular friction – accompanied by slow breathing that anchors presence. Each movement aims to restart cellular communication and awaken the circuits of vitality.
Magickey Teknik® considers the extremities as holographic maps of the body. Thus, a single point on a finger can reflect an organ, a joint or an emotional state. By applying appropriate stimulation, the practitioner supports a natural rebalancing, encouraging the circulation of vital energy without forcing it.
The fundamental foundations also include understanding yin/yang polarities, mastering magnetic breathing, the practitioner’s inner posture and ethics of intervention: calm, neutrality, compassion and respect for free will. This attitude supports a conscious relationship between emitter and receiver and makes the session harmonious.
Every learning step in Magickey Teknik® is based on simplicity: perceive before acting, listen before stimulating. By combining intuition and method, the practitioner develops increased sensitivity to the body’s micro-signals. These foundations are universal: they apply equally to physical relaxation and emotional harmonisation, always within the educational and experimental framework provided by Law 31.
The goal is not to heal, but to educate toward awareness of the living, to support global well-being and to encourage each person’s energetic autonomy.
The foundations teach the practitioner how to recognise subtle anatomical landmarks, distinguish yin and yang correspondences and understand the vibratory effects of light pressures and rotations on reflex zones. Magickey Teknik® stands out through an approach that is both intuitive and structured: it combines the rigour of energetic reading of the meridians with the freedom of a sensory listening to the living body. These bases invite an alliance between ancient energetic science and modern perspectives on field biophysics.
Each session begins with conscious centering — guided breathing and hand preparation activate the body’s magnetic polarity. The practitioner learns to “listen” to the tissues through the hand, to feel micro-vibrations and to adjust stimulation according to the energetic feedback perceived. These precise gestures, as taught in Magickey Teknik®, allow natural regulation of vital tone and support global energetic circulation.
This foundational section also addresses the importance of the practitioner’s posture: stability, inner calm, concentration and emotional neutrality. The heart of the method rests on kindness and pure intention, because it is in this state that energetic exchanges take place harmoniously. In addition, the practitioner learns notions of grounding, energetic protection and hand cleansing before and after the session.
Finally, this section reminds us that all Magickey Teknik® practices are intended for educational and personal development purposes. They are part of a global approach to balance and body awareness, in accordance with Law 31, without any promise of healing or medical therapeutic effect. The objective is to open up a new understanding of energetic communication between body zones and consciousness.

Questions
Start with ultra-light contact to “listen” to the point before acting.
Align your thumb or index finger at 30–45° to the skin so the pressure follows micro tissue fibres instead of crushing them.
Increase intensity very gradually, up to the threshold where the skin “catches” slightly: this is often the right entry level.
Stabilise pressure for 2–3 breathing cycles, then make micro-oscillations (1–2 mm) in phase with exhalation.
If the zone softens, decrease force even more: let the tissue “drink” the information instead of pushing it.
When local warmth increases or a gentle pulse appears, hold without moving: integration is happening.
If you feel resistance, reduce the angle, change direction slightly (10–15° pivot) and return to the breath.
Alternate 20–40 seconds of action and 10–20 seconds of pause to avoid saturation.
Angle is crucial: too vertical crushes, too flat slides without effect; the “right” angle gives a sensation of soft adhesion.
Finish with slow decompression (releasing pressure without leaving contact), then exit with a light outward stroking.
Note your landmarks: temperature, texture, elasticity, pulse, the receiver’s breathing response.
Practise first on yourself (palm, eminences, phalanges) to develop proprioceptive memory.
According to Law 31, this practice is purely educational and does not constitute diagnosis or medical treatment.
Set up centering for 30–45 seconds: abdominal breathing, relaxed shoulders, intention of benevolence.
Warm the palms by rubbing for 10–15 seconds until uniform warmth is felt.
On the hand: lightly stroke the whole palm, then stimulate 3 key points (thumb = head/neck, index finger = lung/arm, ring finger = heart/liver) for 20–30 seconds each.
Take an integration pause of 10–15 seconds: observe breath and warmth.
On the foot: lightly stroke the sole, then stimulate 3 zones (toes = skull, arch = diaphragm, heel = vital base) for 20–30 seconds each.
Synchronise each pressure with exhalation; release on inhalation.
Add a bilateral bridge: left hand on the palm, right hand on the sole (20 s), then reverse.
Finish with 3 gentle strokes hand → forearm and foot → ankle to “close” the field.
Hydrate (a few sips of water) and observe residual sensations for 1 minute.
Note two markers: breath quality, sensation of warmth/pulse.
Repeat daily to create a bodily memory of the protocol.
In accordance with Law 31, this is an educational well-being routine, without medical scope.
“Adhesion” feels like stickiness: the skin no longer glides, the fingertip “sticks” to the point.
Place the finger and wait 2–3 breaths without moving until you feel the adhesion “speak”.
Then perform a micro-translation of 1–2 mm in the direction where the skin yields most easily.
Maintain low to moderate pressure, following the receiver’s exhalation.
If the zone resists, reduce the angle, change direction 10–15° and test again.
Look for the “melting point”: the adhesion sensation decreases, warmth appears and the skin becomes elastic again.
Do not “scrape”: let the adhesion release through resonance, not force.
Alternate 20–30 seconds of action and 10–15 seconds of rest; repeat 3 cycles.
Finish with radial stroking (from centre outward) to spread the information.
Note changes: breath amplitude, pulse, texture.
This technique teaches the practitioner to respect the tissue’s biological time.
In accordance with Law 31, it is strictly educational and not therapeutic.
Keep nails short and rounded to avoid scratching and improve precision.
Wash hands with lukewarm water before and after, then dry completely to maintain good tactile “grip”.
Avoid greasy creams just before the session: they make the fingers slide and blur sensation.
Prefer neutral lotions after the session if needed.
No rings, bracelets or watches: they interfere with the field and may bother the receiver.
Seek uniform warmth in the palms (10–15 seconds of rubbing).
Avoid strong perfumes: smell affects relaxation and can distract.
Watch for micro-cuts; if present, cover them or postpone practice.
Maintain skin care: daily hydration outside sessions, light weekly exfoliation to remove dead skin.
Create a routine: washing, rubbing, temperature test, nail check, breathing.
This hygiene raises tactile reading finesse and receiver safety.
According to Law 31, these gestures are part of educational hygiene, not medical acts.
Before: note date, time, context, fatigue/emotional state, breath quality of the receiver.
Map the zones worked (hand/foot) with simple codes (A, B, C…).
For each point: record angle, intensity, duration, signs (warmth, pulse, adhesion).
Add the receiver’s sensation scale (0–10) for initial and final tension.
Indicate integration times and breathing reactions (sigh, yawn, relaxation).
Note closure (strokes, bilateral bridge) and final state (calm, clarity, warmth).
After 24 hours: record feedback (sleep, energy, comfort, mobility).
Over multiple sessions, identify trends and recurring “signature zones”.
Evaluate rhythm and pressure coherence (too much/too little) and adjust the next protocol.
This log develops professional memory, improves precision and quality of support.
Under Law 31, it is a tool for learning feeling and organisation, without medical scope.
Hand temperature reflects the practitioner’s energetic circulation. Cold hands often indicate overly scattered polarity; overly hot hands signal emotional overload. In Magickey Teknik®, practitioners learn to stabilise temperature before contact using circular movements, light rubbing and abdominal breathing.
This thermal uniformity supports harmonious diffusion of the magnetic field into the receiver’s tissues.
The hand must be warm and supple: it is quality of presence, not extreme heat, that activates the flow.
Certain Asian traditions teach that balanced warmth corresponds to the union of inner fire and earth, creating stable radiance.
Under Law 31, this regulation is part of educational energetic hygiene; it has no medical or therapeutic purpose.
The first contact determines energetic trust between practitioner and receiver. It acts as a vibratory signature: too abrupt and coherence is broken; too hesitant and the link is weakened. Magickey Teknik® teaches a welcoming touch: the hand first rests immobile, then breathes with the receiver’s skin until a subtle pulse is felt.
This initial contact synchronises cardiac and respiratory rhythms, installing measurable biological resonance.
The goal is not to “give” energy but to establish conscious electromagnetic communication.
Once coherence is established, the session unfolds fluidly.
Under Law 31, this approach belongs to the educational field of well-being, not the medical field.
The receiver’s breathing is the barometer of energetic integration. When breath becomes fluid, energy circulates; when it blocks, emotional resistance appears. The Magickey Teknik® practitioner observes variations in chest, abdomen and throat, and adapts gesture rhythm to this natural breathing.
By inhaling together, they support circuit opening; with exhalation, they allow relaxation to spread.
This synchronisation activates parasympathetic responses responsible for cellular regeneration.
The body then learns to breathe freely even outside the session.
According to Law 31, this observation is educational and aims at body awareness, not breathing treatment.
Rhythm establishes stability in the energetic field. In Magickey Teknik®, each point has a natural tempo: too fast scatters; too slow dulls the flow. The practitioner learns to follow the receiver’s inner pulse, sometimes aligned with the heartbeat.
This rhythm creates an entrainment effect similar to music: when two frequencies match, they harmonise.
Regularity calms the limbic system and strengthens coherence between brain hemispheres.
Rhythm becomes a silent language between the two consciousnesses present.
Under Law 31, this learning is sensory education without therapeutic aim.
The gaze is a vector of subtle energy. A fixed or judgmental gaze contracts the receiver’s field; a soft, peripheral gaze opens perception. In Magickey Teknik®, “floating gaze” is taught: vision widens without fixing, connecting the practitioner’s consciousness to their inner space.
This visual attitude stabilises alpha waves and creates an atmosphere of safety.
Looking without clinging allows energy to circulate freely between two beings.
The gaze becomes a silent gesture of respect.
Under Law 31, using the gaze is pedagogy of presence and non-judgment, with no medical value.
